DC Shoes 2012 Fall Unilite Trainer

DC Shoes: your newest company for elite athletic training.

Kind of hard to believe that statement, but the skater brand is venturing into uncharted waters by introducing the DC Unilite Trainer.

The Cali-based business feels that extreme sports require the same rigorous training that prototypical athletes need, so they developed a trainer that appeals to the action stars who want the most out of their workouts.

You find all the necessities an athlete needs in these unique kicks–cushioned insole, lightweight upper and a moisture-wicking lining for ideal ventilation. These are designed for even the most intense pavement sessions and weight room experiences, and the shoe doesn’t look too bad either.

The Unilite Trainer from DC is available for both sexes, and will come in 4 colorways. Keep a close eye on your favorite DC signature athlete, and don’t be surprised to see them sporting and promoting these trainers.

Supra Wrap

It’s been an argument that’s gone on for so long, and will probably never get a concrete answer any time shortly: which classic shoe is better, hi-tops or lo-tops?

While siding in this dispute is far from easy, the new Supra Wrap embodies the true personality of the iconic lo-top sneaker while giving it a modern edge. The two-piece canvas construction gives emphasis to texture and the vulcanized outsole ensures durability. These shoes look stunningly clean and don’t even bother with over-the-top design, which is always a good thing.

Supra is offering the Wrap in a variety of colors so finding one that suits your mood is a cinch. Don’t be surprised if you are picking up a pair in every color once the summer hits.

Ronnie Fieg x Chippewa – TheShoeGame.com

Source: TheShoeGame.com

It looks like Ronnie Fieg is back at it again with another collaboration with Chippewa. This top-notch premium boot will come equipped in three colorways with ultra high-quality leathers used throughout the boot, including the inner lining. Similar to the Chippewa Crazy Horse Boots, the quality materials and craftsmanship is undeniable. Check out the release info and click on the detailed images of the Ronnie Fieg x Chippewa “The Origin Collection” below.

“Last year’s Chippewa collection was probably my favorite project I worked on in 2010. I honestly felt like those boots were some of the best to drop in a market that isn’t shy of releasing American made boots by the boat load. The reaction of those who bought the boots was simply amazing, they came back asking for more. This is it, this is why I went back to a brand that I believe I will work with for years to come. What separates these boots from the rest besides their top notch extremely rich leathers, soft leather linings, Vibram outsoles, and amazing handmade craftsmanship that I got to witness first hand a few months ago? I’ll tell you what. COMFORT. Now, while it’s very important for us to look good in our fine boots, I’ve learned that it’s not necessary for us to give up comfort to get the American made feel and look that usually has us walking around in blisters within an hour of purchase. These boots are a perfect 10. They have everything we ask for in a quality Fall/Winer boot, heritage, quality, comfort and a timeless style that goes back decades. Priced at $230, I will release a limited run of all three colorways this Friday, December 2nd at 11am Est. on Kithnyc.com as well as both Kith Brooklyn and Kith Nyc stores. First come first served.”

Adidas Samba Golf – SoleCollector.com

Source: SoleCollector.com

With more than 35 million pairs sold, the adidas Samba is one of the most popular casual sneakers on the market. Originally introduced in 1950, the Samba was created for the purpose of allowing soccer players to train on hard, icy ground and later evolved into an indoor soccer shoe. Since then, the classic style and comfortable fit of the model has helped it transform into a modern-day essential, worn by virtually everyone at any time and place. Now, for the first time, the classic Samba can be worn on the golf course with the introduction of the Samba Golf Shoe.

“Samba has been widely loved around the world for decades,” said Bill Price, Vice President of adidas Golf Footwear. “It’s time to bring its timeless styling to the golf course.”

The Samba Golf Shoe maintains the shoe’s classic silhouette and 3-Stripe design, while featuring a durable, suede toe-guard and distinctive tan gum sole equipped with six cleats and ThinTech low-profile technology for improved traction, stability and support. The textile, synthetic-leather upper is water-resistant and provides lightweight, durable performance.

Offered in medium width, the Samba Golf Shoe will initially drop in three colorways: Black/White /Gum, White/Black/Gum, and Satellite/White/Gum. Each will be available at retailers on March 1, 2012 at a price of $100 USD. Red/White/Gum will be released on May 1, 2012.
