Nike Elite No Sew

Nike is known for its classic kicks, and after so many years perfecting the sneaker game, you figure they’ve settled on a formula for your feet.

The company continues to push boundaries though and the Nike Elite No Sew put a twist on their traditional running shoes. Breathable and breathtaking, two colorways are available for avid runners to casual on-lookers. Looking sharp is essential for the summer and what better way to start spring’s transition than purchasing these pavement upgrades.

Nike and athletics are synonymous, but the company always keeps with trends and the Elite No Sew is a must-have. Don’t feel obligated to start that half-marathon training once you buy them though, because they look just as good off the track, paired with crisp jeans and your favorite t-shirt.

Nike SB Paul Rodriguez V – SoleCollector.com

Source: SoleCollector.com

Aside from the deep burgundy pair we previewed earlier this week, Nike SB is also set to release this black and volt colorway of the SB Paul Rodriguez V. Certainly one of the most eye-catching colorways we’ve seen of the Paul Rodriguez V, they work with a blacked-out suede upper, while volt catches our eye on the tongue and heel bradning, sockliner and the Lunarlon midsole sitting below.

Look for the Black/Volt Nike SB Paul Rodriguez V to release soon at select Nike SB retailers.

Nike Lebron 9 – TheShoeBuff.com

Source: TheShoeBuff.com

It’s hard to believe Lebron James is already on his 9th shoe design for Nike. The LeBron 9 integrates Flywire technology and Hyperfuse construction – a first for Nike Basketbal – in the upper for superior support, along with a combination of Max Air 180 & a Nike Zoom unit for cushioning. Standout elements include: engineered textile wings, Nike Pro Combat inspired padding in the inner collar, asymmetrical lacing, outrigger for lateral stability and flex grooves in the outsole that bring the design to unrivaled levels of performance. It’s an amazing looking shoe, & no doubt sneakerheads will be rejoicing when it’s released in a limited-edition ‘Cannon’ colorway October 15th.

Nike Air Max LTD & Navigate – SneakerObsession.com

Source: SneakerObsession.com

New colorways of the Nike Air Max LTD are few and far between. It’s not all too often we see the casual running shoe in a new color palette, but when we do, it’s usually something to talk about, which is exactly the case with this brand-new colorway arriving at retailers now. Sporting a black leather and nubuck base, the sneakers feature a dark grey patent leather Swoosh with additional hints of grey on the midsole and the tongue and heel tags. Neo Turquoise highlights the lettering, eyelets and the Air unit, providing bold contrast. You can get your hands on this refreshing Air Max LTD at Nike distributors including Finish Line.

The Nike Air Max Navigate is one of the newer models in the legendary Air Max series. Taking cues from such classics as the Air Max BW, the sneakers have an old look yet a new feel. Here we have a look at the most recent colorway of the Air Max Navigate made available to retailers. Constructed from mesh and leather, the upper features a combination of black, anthracite and midnight fog, with the first two colors also painting the midsole. Accents come in the form of bright turquoise, which can been seen on the Swoosh, lining, eyelets, tongue and heel tags, within the Air unit, and on the front portion of the outsole. If you can dig it, grab yourself a pair now through Finish Line.

Rumor: Nike to Buy Under Armour – HypeBeast.com

Source: HypeBeast.com

Speculation has quietly begun surrounding a potential pairing between Nike Inc. and Under Armour Inc.  According to the London Times, Nike has been considering a takeover bid for several months now and a deal could be in the works. Posing significant financial advantage to Nike’s already impressive subsidiary umbrella, a deal could also mean substantial expansion to Under Armour’s relatively small international business.  Closing out Thursday with a share value of $76.82 USD, the newspaper suggests that Nike may be prepared to offer upwards of $100 USD per share for the Baltimore, Maryland-based athletic brand.  While substantive information is still forthcoming, many analysts and periodicals have already begun to debate the logic and repercussions of a Nike/Under Armour takeover scenario.
